Bob Arum is promoting the fight, which will take place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. A Showtime series, Fight Camp 360°, is documenting Pacquiao's and Mosley's training preparations in the lead up to their bout. Shane Mosley has stated that if he loses badly to Pacquiao he may retire. Pacquiao is heavily favored to win, as many fans and critics believe the 39 year old Mosley is past his prime. If Pacquiao loses, it could jeopardize the chances of a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight. Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum has stated that should Pacquiao win, it could setup a third fight with Juan Manuel Marquez in November. In April 2010, Conte released portions of an October 2009 video deposition, in which Mosley admits to knowingly using the banned endurance booster EPO. After viewing the video, Mosley's attorney, Judd Burstein, said the comments were "taken out of context,", however, he added that Mosley had "always admitted to knowingly using EPO,", a statement which seemingly contradicted Mosley's prior public claim that Conte had misled him about the legality of the products provided by BALCO. In November 2010, Mosley dropped his defamation lawsuit against Conte.
